INPUT REF – analog genlock input  for sync locking.
-1Vpp/75 Ohm(CVBS or black burst) on BNC.
-sync level 0,3Vpp/75 Ohm.
- burst level      0.3V p-p /75Ohm.

OUTPUTS      - 4 black burst signal on BNC,
- burst level      0.3V p-p /75Ohm.
-sync level 0,3Vpp/75 Ohm
- phase sync adjustable(in Genlock mode) +/- 1,5mkS
If input ref  signal is working on INPUT REF, mode Genlock is chosen automatic.
If  input ref signal is absent,the device is working in autonomous mode.
